In this case, this is something I'd love to purchase, if I had the available funds.

It adds an entire system to Flight Simulator X that simulates passengers, a career as a pilot, more realistic failures and sounds, a lot. I should get me this sometime.
But this, to get to my main, very simple point, is that there are things that people make of their own volition that should have been in the game in the first place.

I wonder what my son would think of this? He's a flight instructor for Mesa Airlines in New Mexico. Right now he's on vacation, flying (as a passenger) to Milan with his girlfriend. They're both on vacation.

BTW, I liked the Jackson Browne track, "The Barricades of Heaven." Thanks for posting it.

Well, converted, it's a hefty $42 (the author is European) but so amazingly in depth that it's hard to really put into words. The best way I could describe it is that it turns what is simply a videogame into a true simulator. What kind of planes does he train for?
Also, the list of music is what I recently listened to via last.fm
It's a music/social networking kind of site. You can view all the artists I dig on at http://www.last.fm/user/cb8673/library

Right now our son (Paul) is a flight instructor for Mesa Airlines in Farmington, NM:

(He lives about an hour away in Durango, CO.)
Currently, Paul is training his students to Mesa standards on small single and dual engine prop planes. I don't know the exact models, but eventually it all leads to flying large commercial passenger jets.

It says eventually you get certified flying CRJ series jets. Those are slick!
